Custom Child Safety Manuals: Primarily for Boys & Girls Clubs

Child safety is the number one priority. Boys & Girls Clubs of America have minimum membership requirements that have child safety requirements attached to them. The national office provides a sample framework of child safety in their Keep Safe Manual. However, local Clubs must customize the Keep Safe manual to address their local needs. Clubs do not have the time or resources to complete the customization.

Your organization receives a manual, specific to your organization, that spells out all safety-related policies, discusses proper youth supervision, addresses what to do during an emergency, and much more. It contains everything employees and volunteers need to know to protect kids in their care.

Organizations need to develop their staff to achieve success. Leaders do not have the time to annually review their staff development plans and chart employees on a path to success. Your organization receives a customized plan that outlines each position in the organization and what specific pieces of training each person requires and the time frame to acquire the training and skill.

Our founder is a former National Training Associate with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and has over 30 years of experience working with kids and thoroughly understands youth and programs. Your team receives customized training for staff to improve programming and impact. Training is on-site and engages your team with adult learning principles.
